Once'it | EMMIE Rose Gold Sunglasses

It's a tale as old as time. I'm bored so start looking at online shops, I find something that I am obsessed with and then buy that said thing. Usually it's makeup but this time they're sunglasses and are rose gold (my weakness).

Marble & Rouge

If there's a few things I love most of all it's these: red lipstick, marble and gold. I pretty much can't resist. Another weakness of mine, free shipping. If I see those two words I'm guaranteed to want to buy something.

Once'it #005

Guess who's back!! So it turns out I'm crap at time management and I can't physically manage to juggle too many things at once.  It also didn't help that I've been taken down with a cold so last week was not good overall.

I did however manage to pull myself together and head along to a Bruchclub on Saturday. It was at Jack Tar in Wynyard Quarter, I'd been there once before at New Years Eve but only for drinks.  I was typically boring and had toast with peanut butter. I've been getting back into peanut butter and I'm loving it.  We were split into two tables so unfortunately I couldn't chat with everyone, next time hopefully.

You've seen these types of posts before, I randomly decide to have a look on a website and end up seeing things I love and have to have.  Of course I happened to look when the sale was about to end so I quickly had to decide what I wanted to buy.

I got two things; a pink quartz necklace and a postcard set with some amazingly designed quotes.

When I saw the necklace I just had to have it.  There were other gemstone necklances but this one just spoke to me and I had to have it.  I also couldn't go past the price, I'm pretty sure it was at least $200 off.

You could get a couple of these as well as other designs in A3.  I was so tempted to get one but decided on the postcards as I could get most of the designs and plus I don't have much wall space in my room left so an A3 print would not have fit.

I just love the designs and the quotes.  They're pretty motivational and are indeed words to live by.  My favourites are "Decide Commit Succeed" and "Put on Some Lipstick and Get your Shit Together".

Once'it always have some great sales going on, it face I spotted some just now... It's not good for my bank balance.  You can check out the awesome sales HERE (you can only access it once you've been invited and signed up. Here's your invitation, now you have no choice but to shop :p)

Hope you all enjoyed this post! xxx

Once'it Purchases

Hey

Sorry there wasn't a post on Friday, I didn't feel like blogging so decided to take a day off.  Today's post is a another edition of my online shopping spree I did a few weeks ago.  For some reason I decided to visit Once'it and when I saw the Revlon sale I knew I would be buying something.

When I first looked through I thought I was going to get a lipstick but decided I had too many and went for a couple of lip glosses instead.

I got two Super Lustrous Lip Glosses; the one on the left is in Pearl Plum and the one on the right is Pink Pursuit.  They're not as pigmented as the Tanya Burr glosses, they give a light colour to the lips which make them perfect to go over a lipstick.  They're perfect to just chuck on to give your lips some colour and gloss.

I also saw a sale on hair ties/band things which I thought were really cute. They came in a number of colours but I went with the striking black with a colourful floral pattern.  I'm still figuring out how to wear it but will be a good summer accessory.

Hope you all enjoyed this post! xxx

Beauty Lucky Dip

Hey

You might remember me mention the website Once'it before when I blogged about a jewellery lucky dip.  They were running these lucky dips again and I wasn't going to get one until I saw a beauty one and I just couldn't help myself and bought one, *sigh*.

When the parcel came it was like Christmas or my birthday and I literally ripped it open and also had some fun with the bubble wrap ;).

In the parcel was two makeup brushes from 'UBU'; the orange one is a concealer brush while the purple one is for smudging out eye makeup.  I haven't got any brushes like these before, I've seen them on the website before, they're quite cheap and the orange brush head is quite stiff'; be interesting to see how well they work.

The parcel also included a 'intense hydrating mask' by art a face which I have never heard of but was excited to try.  So far I've only tried it once so not enough time to see a difference; the mask felt very silicone like and I could definitely feel it on my face and did not come off easily. My face did feel fresh afterwards, not too dry and also not oily which is a plus.

Hope you all enjoyed this post

Jewellery Lucky Dip

Hey

Haven't been doing posts much since I've been the middle of final exams for uni, but my last exam was yesterday which means I'm done with study for the rest of the year YAY!

So I've posted almost all the stuff I've bought online apart from a Jewellery Lucky Dip which I bought off Once'it.  I've bought one once before and got a cool little heart ring which I really like so I decided to by two this time.

This time I got two chain necklaces which are really cool and could go with any outfit.  One of them is silver and the other is a kind of light reddish bronze colour, not sure how to describe it but its really cool.  Pictures below give a better look at them.

Hope you enjoyed this post, I've bought another thing online (of course) so will hopefully have a post on it soon, but might do another artwork post before that. Comment if you like on what kind of art you want to see.

Favourtie Online Shopping Websites

Hey

So like every other girl I am obsessed with online shopping and tend to spend too much time on websites when I should be doing other things.  At present I am waiting on four separate orders to arrive which illustrates my problem.  This post is dedicated to the obsession that is online shopping and I would like to share some of my favourite sites where I love to shop on.

Boohoo
This site has been my go to for online shopping for clothes for a while now and I have bought a couple of cool pieces off it.  They used to have free shipping to New Zealand but now you have to spend over $30 to qualify for it but most of the cheapest items are 20-25 dollars and if you by more than one item its not hard to get free shipping.

Feel Unique
So I discovered this website via Nana Wintour and I am completely obsessed with it, mostly because it has free shipping.  I bought two Real Techniques make up brushes; the Blush Brush as well as the Setting Brush.  Real Techniques are not sold in New Zealand and they are really good brushes so I had to have them.  They do also sell makeup which is not good for my shopping habit, I also got a lip gloss by Rimmel London which is my favourite brand of makeup, its cheap and good quality.

Once'it
This website is a New Zealand website and to get on it you have to get invited and it has a range of sales from designer clothes to home ware and accessories.  One thing they do that is cool is they sometimes have jewellery lucky dips in which you pay like eight dollars and you could either get a cheap piece of jewellery or a expensive designer piece.

Xo Beauty
Xo Beauty brushes are designed by Shaaanxo who does YouTube tutorial make up videos as well as other videos. She' a New Zealander and I am obsessed with her videos, every time I watch one my makeup wish list grows and I also discover new websites such as Pop Basic which every month there is a different look of like three pieces of clothing and on the websites there are also style tips of how to wear the pieces.  The brushes are amazing they are also reasonably priced which is also a plus.  I currently have the flat top brush which I use for putting on foundation and is really good.

Hope you enjoyed this post and if you have any go to online shopping websites feel free to share.
